Inside the Genius platform

Pricing is where a borrower’s goals meet the market. It is also where the same information is often typed into one tool to get a number and typed again into another to start the loan. MarketsOS™, the product and pricing engine in the Genius platform, is designed so the scenario only has to be built once.

01The cost of entering everything twice

Pricing a scenario usually means entering borrower, property, and loan details into a pricing tool, reviewing eligible products, and then re-entering much of the same information when the loan moves forward. Every re-entry is a chance for a detail to change between the quote and the file. The requirements behind a result can be hard to see, so eligibility questions may surface later than they should. And when options are spread across screens, explaining the tradeoffs to a borrower takes more effort than it needs to.

02One scenario, many products, one handoff

MarketsOS starts with a single scenario: the borrower, the property, and the loan goals, entered once. Products are then evaluated against that consistent set of facts, with rate, payment, price, and program details shown together. The requirements behind each result are designed to stay visible, along with any details that need another look. When an option is selected, it is meant to move into the application and loan workflow with its context intact, a flow Genius summarizes as scenario, match, and lock.

03A clearer conversation about tradeoffs

Choosing a loan usually involves tradeoffs, such as a lower rate with higher upfront costs, or a different program with different requirements. MarketsOS is built to put those numbers side by side so a loan officer can explain them plainly. For borrowers, that can make the comparison easier to follow, though the options available always depend on the full scenario and eligibility. For operations, the selected product arrives in origination already attached to the facts it was priced on.

04Part of a connected platform, launching in Q1 2027

MarketsOS sits in the Genius platform alongside CommandOS for relationships, AccelerateOS for the borrower application, and CoreOS for origination. Its role is to connect the borrower scenario to a priced, eligible option and pass that decision forward without rekeying the file. Further along the loan’s path, CapitalOS, which is listed as coming soon, is designed to extend the same pipeline into hedging and loan sale. MarketsOS is scheduled to launch in Q1 2027.

What it does

Search one scenario

Borrower and property details are entered once, and products are evaluated from that consistent set of facts.

Compare what matters

Rate, payment, price, and program details appear together so the tradeoffs are easier to explain.

Visible eligibility

The requirements behind each result are surfaced, along with any details that need another look.

A connected handoff

The selected product moves into the application and loan workflow with its context intact.

How it works

  1. 01

    Build the scenario

The borrower’s goals and loan details come together in one pricing view.

  2. 02

    Review the options

Eligible products are compared alongside the economics behind each choice.

  3. 03

    Move forward

The selected option carries into origination without rekeying the file.
